Since 2023, we have been collaborating with a German online baby clothing brand to manage and optimize their supply chain in China. Our primary role involves managing their existing suppliers, issuing directives, and providing daily updates on the status of new orders and products. Additionally, we assist the client in optimizing their supplier base by sourcing and selecting reliable new suppliers. To date, we continue to maintain a strong partnership with the brand.

Since 2019, we have been collaborating with a Swedish client to facilitate the custom production of curling toys in China. Our primary responsibilities included sourcing and matching suitable suppliers based on the client's design, coordinating design details, creating samples, organizing mass production, customizing packaging, and conducting factory visits and audits. Ultimately, we successfully completed the mass production and delivery of products with a total value of approximately 2 million RMB.

In 2024, we undertook a government project for a Polish client, focused on customizing streetlights for Ukraine. This is a long-term project, and our collaboration with the client continues to this day.

In 2023, we customized the production of a full container of memory pillows for a U.S.-based Amazon seller. Our responsibilities included supplier communication, production management, and quality control, as well as assisting the client with final logistics and delivery.
